Returns and Refund Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your products, however if you do decide to return your goods please read the below policy carefully:
We carry out various checks on all of our products to ensure that your order arrives to you in good condition and exactly as you expect it. Every order is picked, checked then packed by our staff to help eliminate errors.
We are unable to accept claims for shortages or damages after three days of receipt of order.
All goods are supplied in good faith, as suitable for the application involved. Many products are simple to install, but certain items must be installed by or the installation inspected by a competent qualified engineer or technician.
All good supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms only. Warranty items must be returned to our warehouse and may at our discretion, be repaired, replaced or credited.
If a replacement part is required before inspection has taken place, then this may be chargeable. No extended warranty terms what so ever are offered or implied. As we have no control over installation, claims cannot be accepted for consequential loss and/or damage to other equipment or personal injury/damage to third party.
The original carriage charge remains payable unless it relates solely to items returned due to incorrect supply and/or late delivery. Items are only accepted for return if they are in an as new, unused and undamaged condition and can be resold. Parts must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
